£ FREE DELIVERY!!! on the standard shipping service.

Champagne Gold uses Royal Mail and DPD as our courier partners. On delivery the customer must be able to prove that they are over the age of 18.

The shipping charges are fixed as per the schedule below:

• FREE : "Standard Shipping" - Delivery within 3 - 4 working days - U.K Mainland.

• £4.99 "Express Shipping" - Delivery next working day on all orders received before 12am ( MON -THU) - U.K Mainland. (U.K NON MAINLAND SHIPPING - POA).
  

Please note that no items can be dispatched until funds have been authorized & released.

A special delivery service (same day or weekend etc) can easily be arranged, please contact us for details.

Trade and corporate orders are subject to alternative charges.

Please note that the shipping address must comply with the registered invoice address of the card used, or if different the customer must have used the `3D Secure` system and or passed our own security checks.

Our courier partners will endeavour to get your order delivered at the first attempt, here are some suggestions to help this happen:

• Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel (this can be you, a friend or family member)

If that’s not possible……

• Arrange to have your delivery sent to your place of work; providing you have made an order with us before, we can have parcels sent straight to your workplace.

If that’s no good……

• Maybe you have a secure place at home that your parcel can be left i.e. in a coal bunker or garden shed (REMEMBER TO PUT ANY NOTES LIKE THIS ON YOUR ORDER).
