We have endeavored to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site. Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability.

Due to the nature of the Internet, access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time, and we are therefore unable to guarantee entirely error-free access and services.

8. Minimum Age Restriction.
We only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence. Upon delivery you will be asked to show proof of age if you look under the age of 25.

9. Payment.
You can pay for Products purchased from by using any of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro/Switch, Solo. You must give us authority for payment at the time of order. Payment by BACS/CHAPS transfer is available. Details are available upon request.

All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not deliver any Products prior to these checks and authorizations being completed. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we cannot accept your order, and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

10. Claims for Breakages.
Upon receipt of your order, the order should be carefully inspected to make sure that it is intact and in full. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the couriers documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 24 working hours of delivery.
